Responsibilities:Reports to the President Director and is responsible for all
factory matters and is expected to manage, coordinate and provide strong
leadership to the various departments eg HR, Sales support, Accounting, Material
planning, Purchasing, Production etc .
Requirements:
S1 degree from a reputable university.
Excellent Management skill with strong leadership qualities
Managerial experience in Manufacturing Companies.
Willing to be located in Lippo Cikarang.
Good knowledge of HR, accounting and tax regulations will be an advantage
