Job Description



Walk-in Center within the Regional High Volume Repair Center
Superior customer service using MTN SP systems and processes
To operate within defined parameters as set out in the Policies, Processes and
Procedures
KPA duties
HVRC Walk-In Center:
o Accountable for cash and stock
o Accountable for stock shortages
o Identify issues and resolve
o Time, queuing time, accuracy, and productivity.
o Provide consumer advice and education in respect of repairs / share product
knowledge
o Book-in and receipt all handsets received for repair onto the relevant system
immediately with minimal carry over as per policy.
o Assign all handsets to correct technical resources within staging.
o Dispatch all handsets from the HVRC as per policy.
o Call clients to confirm costs and request payments as per policy.
o Record all actions handled on the relevant systems.
o Respond to and resolve customer queries.
o Process repairs within the HVRC to reflect the correct action status.
o Ensure accuracy with regard to all data captured on all systems.
o Compile and present daily productivity reports.
o Achieve the daily targets set by management with regard to specific job
functions.
o Compile all reports requires by management within the set timeframes.
o Compile orders and get related quotations.
o Sort and file all documents relevant to your work area.
o Pack and prepare all filing for metro-filing to store.
o Fast track all problematic customer issues with regard to inventory to the WIC
Supervisor on a daily basis.
o All and any other general office administration that may be required on a
daily basis.
o Ensure that all SLAs are adhered to specifically with regards to turnaround
times (TAT)
o Ensure that all PPPs are maintained and adhered to within your work
environment.
o Open, regular and concise communication to be kept at all times.
o Coaching of fellow staff members
o General Customer Service:
